Zaphyrus Tickets® is a Cloud System that allows the management of user Tickets to internal departments of an organization, including the Information Technology department.
The System allows managing multiple companies and requests, management of equipment inventories and their maintenance, monitoring by status of the different requests, management of unlimited users, control of tickets by equals or by hours of service, management of payment authorization with code cards, billing management and ticket payments, analysis of dynamic information cubes of ticket history as access to software auditors for them.
